1. Drinks Stall
Stall Requirements
-
Applicant must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Must provide drinks that meet the health and nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board under the Healthy Meals in School Programme (HMSP) guidelines. (Refer to link)
-
Both the applicant and assistant must hold a valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Course.

Must provide quality drinks and service at reasonable prices, in consultation with the school.
-
Required to maintain a high standard of food and personal hygiene.
-
Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
-
Must be personally present at the stall.
-
Preferably possess catering experience or experience in running a school canteen stall.

The successful applicant must apply for a Food Stall License with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Application Procedure
Interested applicants are to complete and submit the following documents to the General Office of Rulang Primary School located at 6 Jurong West Street 52 Singapore 649295 latest by 10 November 2025, 4:00pm:

Photocopy of NRIC (front and back).

List of proposed menu and pricing for all items.

Photocopy of Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate(s) of applicant and assistant (if any).

Shortlisting
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at their own expense.
