List of proposed menu and pricing for all items
Photocopy of Food Hygiene Certificate(s)

How to get here?
Nearest MRT Station: Lakeside MRT Station and approximately 5 to 8 minutes walking distance
Bus number: 335 – From Jurong East Interchange, alight at Blk 517 Jurong West Street 52 Singapore 640517 and approximately 2 minutes walking distance
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicant and stall assistant(s) who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, aged 21 years old and above
Applicant must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours
Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) must possess valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificates
Successful applicant must apply for a food stall license with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
Must provide food that meets the health and nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board under the Healthy Meals in School Programme (HMSP) guidelines. (Refer to link (opens in new tab))
Must provide quality food and service at reasonable prices, in consultation with the school
Able to maintain a high standard of food safety and personal hygiene
Healthy and fit to operate the stall
Applicants should preferably fulfil the following criteria:
Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment
Notes to Applicants:
Late or incomplete applications will be rejected
Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling at their own expense
